With McIntosh Lake at our doorstep, it’s a breeze to walk your pup around this gorgeous, scenic space before and after work. While dogs must be kept on a leash, they will enjoy the low-trafficked trail system as owners take in unobstructed views of the Rocky Mountains. 

Just adjacent to the lake lie Flanders Park and Dawson Park, which provide lush green space, concrete pathways, and scenic views of northern Longmont and the mountains. Variety is the spice of life! Give your pup the chance to explore his or her neighborhood, sniff new patches of grass, and meet other four-legged neighbors at these near-by parks. 

When you head back home, hop over to our off-leash dog park to give pup some time to stretch their legs!

We welcome the opportunity to treat your pets like part of our family at our pet friendly apartments in Longmont. Cats and dogs are welcome, with a maximum of three per apartment (some breed restrictions apply). We ask for a $250 non-refundable pet fee, and a $25 per month pet rent. 

The Shores provides an off-leash dog park right on our property. Your furry friend will love the chance to socialize and play with the neighborhood pups. Plus, the communal space will give you the opportunity to visit with your neighbors, as well!
